An item purchased online using Afterpay, Zip or Humm order as tender can be:
1. Returned for a refund by posting it to our online store returns & exchanges address. See How do I return an item for details.
2. Exchanged in store for an alternative item or a gift card to the value of the item. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
We are unable to issue refunds in store where Afterpay, Zip or Humm order have been used as tender.
All refunds & exchanges are subject to the conditions of Refund & Exchange Policy being met.
